Conference Room Etiquette and Expectations

• Any writing on the board may be erased to make space for the next meeting.
• Any papers left may get thrown away. (Check with Matthew(mcdick2) if it was recent)
• Return Meeting Owl and Dell dock to original positions.
  • They should be placed on the conference table nearest to the screen.

• Please let Matthew(mcdick2) know if the room needs attention.

Connecting to the Dell Dock Station

Not showing up on the screen? Try turning the TV off and on again.

Or... you made need these computer drivers!

• Dell Universal Dock UD22 Firmware Update Utility

If that fails... Just unplug the cables from the dock and plug the HDMI and USB-C directly into your computer.

 

 

Meeting Owl Instructions

1. Connect Owl to computer using the USB-C cable.
2. Launch meeting software. (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
3. Go to user settings in the application.
4. Change the camera, microphone, and speaker settings to Owl.
5. Turn off background blur if enabled. (Blurs out the whole camera)
6. Have a fun meeting!

Owl-related Cautionary Note:

The Owl camera system is auto focusing and will notice and display side conversations!
